Who's got aftermarket alarms on their cars and where are some good shops up here to get alarms installed?
Thanks,
Bobby

The only person I will recomend is a guy named Fred at circuit city on north point parkway. But only let him do it. He owned a wrx up until recently and he put in the same alarm that I put in my car (not a easy alarm). Go to him

as far as alarms are concerned...if you have a factory alarm is there anyway to change the horn noise (when you arm and disarm) to anything else?

instructions for diabling the buzzer/chirp are on the back of the keyfob. I don't know if this solves the alerm horn or not.

the black plastic remote with the lock and unlock buttons on it (sorry, we use some different terminilogies out west. it's the sun, damages our brains). Flip it over and it's on the back. but here it is anyway in case your sticker came off:
Buzzer Chirp on/off:
1) press UNLOCK once
2) press BOTH for 2sec
If I remember right it honks to let you know it worked. Give that a shot and see what happens.
