How noticeable is the difference between the kartboy and the sti shortthrow?

you can add on the Kartboy shifter on the top of the STi short shifter for the WRXs.

From Kartboy's website:
Overall shift throw is decreased by 40%, providing a noticable difference and a solid feel....Cars with Factory 5-speed STi Shift kit should choose the 97-01 model.
You use the 97-01 model shifter... which is the same price as the 02+ Impreza! :naughty:

It's a HUGE difference for the STI. THe factory shifter reduces it by 10%. The Kartboy reduces that by 40% on top of that. It's also a shorter level which helps the feel a lot. I also recommend the bushings. Front bushings help engagement feel. And the Rear bushings reduce movement.

not sure what you are asking. It shortens the shifter so your knob will sit lower and reduces the shift throw by 40%.

Yes the Mazda only include shifter, shifter bushings and a knob. The price is $107 shipped to your door as I mentioned earlier.

When we get all 7 people for the group buy, you send me the money and it'll be shipped to your door. No need to pick up! ;)
