Where are you located? Do you have a price without tires?

Im located in the kennesaw area. No price without tires because I have no use for the 17s. But with a powder coating or polish these would be perfect

Do you have any better pictures of them, ie where the clear coat is messed up?

Its flaking on all the wheels. They need to be sanded and refinished to be perfect.
