The Legacy manifold is better. Plastic doesn't heat soak as badly and it has much more clearance than the cast ones for the piping.

Plus I have heard the runners are longer in the Legacy Manifold. The interior also flows better since there are no casting marks.

Didn't know the runners are longer. It's probably minimal though but minimal can make a difference.

The runners are larger and equal and just a better design in general. The Plenum is also bigger
